Are you spending too much time trying to figure out the technical side of your WordPress blog or website? You shouldn’t have to spend time worrying about updates, backups, or what plugin to use.
Having a WordPress support package is sort of like having roadside assistance for your car. No, it’s better than that. It’s like having a mechanic along for the ride.
WordPress Maintenance Support FAQ
- How do your WordPress Support services help me? Think of this service like a roadside assistance plan you might get for your car, or a security service for your home. What you are getting is the peace of mind in knowing that there is support available to you when something goes wrong, and someone to keep an eye on things when you’re not around. Sure, you can maintain your site yourself, just like you could fix your car’s engine on your own. However, it is easier in both cases to have someone with experience handle the maintenance for you. The WordPress Maintenance Service plan is very competitive and affordable for most purposes.
- How am I billed? When you purchase one of the WordPress maintenance support plans, you will be billed monthly. If you have a PayPal account you may use that to pay, or you may also pay via credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Simply choose the appropriate option at checkout.
- Can I cancel at any time? Yes. You are billed on a monthly basis. You will continue to be billed until you decide to cancel. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you can continue to receive the support at the same level you paid for until that billing cycle is complete. There are no refunds once service has begun, except under extreme circumstances.
- How long can I expect my project to take? Most projects requested on a weekday will be finished within a few hours from the time support is requested to the time the project is completed. Most times these projects are completed on the same day. However, if there is a larger than normal support volume, your request will be worked on in the order that it was received. If the request will not be completed in a timely manner, this will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
Example WordPress Support Jobs
Here are some examples of support requests that can be handled under one of our maintenance plans.
Updates are a worry of the past. Customer sites will be updated whenever there are updates to WordPress. Plugins and themes will also be updated as new updates are released, per your plan’s update schedule.
Secure Your WordPress Site
If your site has ever been hacked before, you’ll know how much of a headache it is to get things back up and running. Not only do you get backups and recovery included, your site will also be scanned for security threats. See the plan specific details for security levels.
Configure WordPress Plugins
Configuring some plugins to work just the way you want them to can be very time consuming. If you are running a business, you can’t waste time trying to figure out how to get a contact form set up to send to different departments, or how to set up an appointment calendar for example. Off-load that burden to someone who can make the changes you need quickly.
Your site might be down right now. Have you checked it lately? How do you know it’s still online?
You can sleep easy knowing that their site will be monitored around the clock for any downtime. If your site does go down, a fix can be implemented for you and in most cases you’ll be back online in no time.
Looking for a new feature on your site, or saw something on another site that you liked? Have the feature implemented for you without having to research different plugins to see what works and what doesn’t.
*Any improvements requiring more than 30 minutes of labor will be billed at $75/hour with a one hour minimum, or may be billed based on a pre-determined rate. Estimated time to completion will be provided for any services expected to exceed the time limits indicated prior to being billed.
