- How am I billed? When you purchase one of the WordPress maintenance support plans, you will be billed at the frequency selected via credit or debit card. Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted. Simply choose the appropriate option at checkout.
- Can I cancel at any time? Yes. You are billed on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. You will continue to be billed until you decide to cancel. If you cancel mid-billing cycle, you can continue to receive the support at the same level you paid for until that billing cycle is complete. There are no refunds once service has begun, except under extreme circumstances.
- How long can I expect my project to take? Most projects requested on a weekday will be finished within a few hours from the time support is requested to the time the project is completed. Most times these projects are completed on the same day. However, if there is a larger than normal support volume, your request will be worked on in the order that it was received. If the request will not be completed in a timely manner, this will be communicated to you as soon as possible.
